We believe in unlocking the potential of the individual from youth to adulthood, through education and entrepreneurship.

The Association was founded with a focus on Oxford University with two core aims:

  • providing privately sponsored support to broaden access to the university for pupils from schools with no track record of successful applications;
  • and fostering entrepreneurship in students at the university to enrich their future lives and careers.

We achieve these aims by originating, funding and providing ongoing support to projects that have quantifiable meaningful outcomes. Support comes both in the form of ideation and funding but also engaging our unrivalled corporate and personal network.

The Association Rutland is a privately funded charitable vehicle.
